Add Penis Filler to Your Practice. We Fill the Schedule.

UroSculpt™ training and certification comes with membership.

You perform the procedure and make every clinical decision. Upsize™ finds the patients, answers the calls, follows up with every inquiry and books the consultations into your calendar.

At the busiest affiliated practices, that comes to about ten new patients and around $70,000 in procedure revenue each month, with first visits averaging about $7,000. We work with one practice per metro.

What Affiliated Practices Bill

Here is what practices affiliated with Upsize™ bring in each month from penis filler procedures, city by city.

New York

$70,000 a month

consistently, since about month 3 — with Upsize™ for years

Phoenix

$70,000 a month

within six months of launch

Dallas

$50,000 a month

within six months of launch

Bellevue

$40,000–$50,000 a month

$40,000 in month 2; now in month 12

The training is included. A penis filler practice gets busy because of everything that surrounds the procedure:

  • pages that rank for the searches men actually type;
  • advertising designed for this single procedure;
  • an intake team that responds within minutes and spends every day talking to men about a cash procedure;
  • a booking system that places consultations directly on the physician's calendar.

Few practices have any of this. Building it yourself means turning into a marketer.

That is what the Upsize™ program is for. You bring the medical license and make every clinical decision; Upsize™ licenses you its name and runs the marketing, the calls and the booking.

The training and sample forms come from UroSculpt™, a separate company.

What you see on a training day

If you train in person, you do it inside a busy practice affiliated with Upsize™. On a strong day, ten men come in for the procedure, and the day bills around $70,000.

Every one of them arrived the same way. An Upsize™ search page or ad found him, the intake team called him back within minutes, answered him and booked him, and he received a reminder before the physician walked into the room.

What to expect in your metro

The busiest affiliated practices see roughly ten new patients and around $70,000 in procedure revenue a month. In a smaller metro, one or two new patients a month is a realistic expectation.

First visits average about $7,000, so even one new patient a month comes to about $84,000 a year. Returning patients add to that figure.

What Upsize™ Runs For You

✦

Search

upsizematters.com outranks other clinics for penis enlargement searches in almost every metro it serves. When your city page goes live, it carries that authority from the first day, so you skip the years it normally takes a new site to climb.

✦

Advertising

We build and manage the campaigns for your metro. You fund the ad spend; we've already paid for the learning curve.

✦

The Call

From Monday to Saturday, 9 to 5 PST, every call is picked up by an intake team that handles nothing but male enhancement inquiries. They answer the man's questions, explain your prices, take the booking fee and book the consultation with you.

Of the consultations that are attended, 84% go on to a procedure.

✦

The Reply

Every web or text inquiry gets an immediate response by phone and SMS, sent through PracticeWide, the platform behind every Upsize™ clinic. The intake team responds during office hours; outside them, an AI assistant answers and books. That coverage matters, because close to half of real inquiries come in after the office has closed.

✦

The Training

UroSculpt™, a separate company, provides the penis filler training and certification included in joining, online or in person in California.

UroSculpt™ also provides sample consent and aftercare forms, which your practice adopts or changes with its own counsel.

You make every clinical decision.

✦

After

Appointment reminders and review requests are taken care of for you.

Who Should Apply

This is for licensed physicians (MD or DO) who want to offer penis filler without building a sales operation to support it.

It's a fit if your front desk isn't set up to sell a cash procedure, your website has no domain authority for these search terms, you have no wish to become a marketer, and you'd rather not pay an agency to learn this category on your budget.

Dermatologists, urologists, plastic surgeons, emergency medicine physicians, anesthesiologists and family physicians with aesthetic experience have all joined. Filler experience is useful but not a requirement, since the training comes with membership.

With one practice per metro, whether a spot is available comes down to where you are.

If your practice already ranks and your staff already knows how to sell, Upsize™ may not be what you need. The same training and certification is available separately at urosculpt.com, and you can practice independently under the credential: penis filler training and certification.

Physicians affiliated with Upsize™

What affiliated physicians say

“Coming from emergency medicine, anatomy and complications were familiar ground — what I needed was the injection technique and the practice playbook. Both were exactly what the course promised.”

Brad Sellers, DO
Board Certified Emergency Medicine · Austin

“The live-patient training day was the best clinical education I've had since residency. Two attendees, seven procedures, and direct time with the instructor — you leave genuinely ready to treat.”

How Joining Works

✦

1 · Apply

Tell us your city. If the metro is open and your license and experience are a fit, a physician will call you to walk through the terms.

✦

2 · Train

Complete UroSculpt™ training and certification online at your own pace, or in person in California on a training day like the one described above.

✦

3 · Launch

Your city page goes live, the ads begin running, the intake team starts answering inquiries from your metro, and the first consultations land on your calendar.

Questions

Is Upsize™ a franchise, or some kind of medical license?

Neither. Upsize™ licenses its name to one practice per metro and runs the marketing, the calls and the booking. UroSculpt™, a separate company, provides the training and sample forms. You practice under your own medical license, own your practice and make every clinical decision.

Do I need penis filler experience to join?

No. UroSculpt™ penis filler training and certification comes with joining, and you can complete it online at your own pace or in person in California. Facial filler experience helps, but you don't need it.

Is my metro available?

There is one Upsize™ practice per metro, so the answer depends on where you practice. Apply below, and a physician will let you know whether your city is open or already assigned.

How many patients should I expect?

The busiest affiliated practices see about ten new patients a month, which comes to around $70,000 a month. In a smaller metro, one or two a month is realistic. First visits average about $7,000, so a single new patient a month is worth roughly $84,000 a year, and men who return for more add to that.

Who pays for the advertising?

Upsize™ builds and manages the campaigns, and you fund the ad spend for your metro.

Can I take the training without joining?

Yes. UroSculpt™ sells the same penis filler training and certification on its own at urosculpt.com, and you can practice independently under the credential.

Is your metro open?

Upsize™ works with one practice per metro. Tell us where you practice and what injectable experience you have. A physician, not a salesperson, will reply and tell you plainly whether your city has already been taken.
