About Upsize™ — A National Network for Non-Surgical Penile Enhancement

Upsize LLC was founded in California in 2023 by Dr. Joel Pash, a physician with a background in procedural medicine, and Dr. Jack Friedlander, a surgeon. Their aim was to give men an office-based path to a larger penis, as an alternative to surgery and the risks, cost and recovery time that come with it.

The company is organized around a clear division of roles. Each clinic in the Upsize™ network is an independently owned and operated medical practice, and the doctors at each practice provide all medical care and set their own prices. Upsize LLC provides the brand, the marketing and the booking, which begins with a free telephone information session with an Upsize™ patient coordinator.

Across the network, patient satisfaction stands at 97%, according to Upsize's own data.

Doctors affiliated with Upsize™ offer penis enlargement injections: hyaluronic acid filler placed along the shaft through a blunt cannula, under a local anesthetic, typically in one office visit of under an hour. The blunt cannula lets the filler be distributed evenly, which is usually what makes it possible to place the full volume in a single visit. This is typical; your provider evaluates what is right for you, case by case, at your appointment.

Girth gains reach up to 2 inches, depending on the volume placed, and men can gain up to 0.75 inch of flaccid length from decreased retraction, while erect length stays the same. Results last about two years on average. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved if a man later decides he wants it gone.

Recommended package prices start at $4,200 and typically include the consultation, the local anesthetic and a follow-up appointment if one is needed. Each clinic sets its own price, and financing is available at most clinics in the network.

Hyaluronic acid filler is FDA-approved for cosmetic use in the face; its use in the penis is off-label.

Dr. Joel Pash, co-founder

Dr. Joel Pash, DO, is a board-certified physician with 19 years in procedural medicine and an appointment as Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Stanford University. A Stanford graduate, he trained at Midwestern University and the University of Calgary, and he came to penis enlargement after years of performing injectable procedures.

Dr. Pash founded UroSculpt™, the certification program through which he teaches the technique he developed with Dr. Friedlander. He has performed more than 1,500 procedures himself and has trained most of the network's doctors. Dr. Pash still treats patients in San Francisco, and also at the Boca Raton and Roseville clinics.

Dr. Jack Friedlander, MD, is a surgeon who trained at The Chicago Medical School and served as Chief Resident at Rush University, where his work included Cook County Hospital. He helped build the procedure with Dr. Pash from the start and trained the remaining doctors in the network. He treats patients at his practice in Roseville, near Sacramento.
